FedEx Office Store Managers are the senior leaders responsible for driving revenue, controlling expenses, and delivering exceptional customer experiences at individual retail locations. Managing teams of 8–20 associates across print production, shipping services, and retail operations, Store Managers own every aspect of their location's P&L — from labor scheduling and inventory management to local marketing execution and customer satisfaction scores. FedEx Office promotes heavily from within, and Store Manager is the primary stepping stone to district and regional leadership.

Position Overview

FedEx Office is hiring Store Managers to lead all operations at assigned retail locations. You will manage daily store functions including staffing, scheduling, print production quality, shipping volume, customer service standards, and financial performance. This is a salaried management position with full P&L accountability reporting to the District Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all store operations including print production, shipping services, retail sales, and customer service delivery.
• Own the store P&L — managing labor costs, supply expenses, revenue targets, and shrinkage prevention.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of team members, print specialists, and assistant managers.
• Drive store revenue through local B2B prospecting, corporate account development, and promotional execution.
• Ensure the store meets FedEx Office brand standards for cleanliness, merchandising, equipment uptime, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Benefits

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent retail management experience. Minimum 3 years retail or service industry management experience with P&L responsibility. Strong leadership, customer service, and commercial selling skills required.
