You will handle high-value orders requiring advanced color management, large-format output, specialty substrates, and precision finishing while mentoring junior associates on equipment operation and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce complex print orders including color-critical corporate materials, architectural plans, and oversized trade show graphics.
- Operate advanced production equipment including wide-format plotters, UV flatbed printers, and high-speed digital presses.
- Perform color calibration, ICC profile management, and substrate testing to achieve precise color matching on critical orders.
- Execute specialty finishing including perfect binding, wire-o binding, lamination, mounting, and custom trimming.
- Mentor and train junior team members on equipment operation, file preparation standards, and quality control procedures.
