Position Overview

FedEx Office is hiring Part-Time Retail Associates for flexible shifts at store locations. You will assist customers with shipping, printing, packing, and self-service station questions during your scheduled hours. Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers with FedEx shipping transactions, package drop-offs, and rate inquiries during your shift.
• Operate copiers, printers, and self-service equipment helping customers complete print orders accurately.
• Process retail sales including office supplies, packing materials, and FedEx branded merchandise at the register.
• Maintain store appearance including shelf restocking, display maintenance, and equipment area cleanliness.
