Position Overview

FedEx is hiring Talent Acquisition Recruiters to manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions across assigned facilities and business units. You will source candidates, screen applications, conduct interviews, extend offers, and manage the hiring pipeline from requisition opening through new hire onboarding. This is an HR-aligned professional position supporting high-volume recruiting in a logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for 30–60+ open requisitions simultaneously across package handler, driver, warehouse, and professional roles.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, community partnerships, job fairs, and employee referral programs.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and facilitate in-person and virtual interviews assessing candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Extend verbal and written offers, negotiate start dates, and coordinate pre-employment screening including background checks and drug tests.
• Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates in the ATS platform.

Qualifications & Benefits

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume hourly hiring. ATS proficiency and comfort with multiple sourcing channels required. Strong interviewing, communication, and pipeline management skills essential.
