Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for 30–60+ open requisitions simultaneously across package handler, driver, warehouse, and professional roles.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, community partnerships, job fairs, and employee referral programs.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and facilitate in-person and virtual interviews assessing candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Extend verbal and written offers, negotiate start dates, and coordinate pre-employment screening including background checks and drug tests.
- Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates in the ATS platform.
