Position Overview
FedEx Supply Chain is hiring Warehouse Leads to direct daily fulfillment operations within assigned zones at distribution center facilities. You will manage a team of 8–20 warehouse associates, assign tasks, monitor productivity and quality metrics, and coordinate with supervisors on staffing and volume adjustments. This is an hourly lead position with premium pay and direct visibility for promotion into salaried management.
Key Responsibilities
