Production Specialists at FedEx Office focus exclusively on the behind-the-counter print production workflow — operating digital presses, managing the order queue, and executing finishing processes from open to close. Unlike general team members who rotate across shipping, retail, and printing, Production Specialists spend their entire shift on the production floor, maximizing equipment utilization and order throughput. Position Overview

FedEx Office is hiring Production Specialists to manage the in-store print production workflow at retail locations. You will operate digital printers, copiers, and finishing equipment, processing the store's daily print order queue from intake through quality check and customer notification. This is a production-focused position with minimal direct customer interaction and maximum time spent operating printing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process the store's daily print order queue, prioritizing jobs by deadline, complexity, and service level commitment.
• Operate high-speed digital printers, color copiers, and wide-format plotters producing business cards, flyers, banners, and presentations.
• Execute finishing tasks including cutting, folding, stapling, binding, laminating, and mounting on completed print orders.
• Perform quality checks on every completed order verifying color accuracy, page sequencing, and finishing specifications.
• Maintain production equipment through daily cleaning, toner replacement, paper loading, and basic jam clearing.

Qualifications & Benefits
