Position Overview
FedEx Supply Chain is hiring Distribution Center Supervisors to manage shift-level warehouse operations at high-volume fulfillment facilities. You will lead a team of warehouse associates and leads across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping functions, ensuring the facility meets all client-specific KPIs, shipping deadlines, and safety standards. This is a salaried management position with full shift accountability.
Key Responsibilities
