Position Overview
FedEx is hiring Network Engineers to design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure across facility and corporate environments. You will configure routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems, troubleshoot complex connectivity issues, support network expansion projects, and ensure uptime SLAs are met across your assigned facility portfolio. This is a mid-level engineering position within the FedEx IT organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls across facility LAN and corporate WAN environments.
- Troubleshoot complex network connectivity issues affecting sort systems, scanning infrastructure, and enterprise applications.

- Monitor network health using SNMP, syslog, and network management platforms, responding to alerts within SLA response windows.
