Position Overview

You will audit random and targeted order samples at key workflow checkpoints, document defects and non-conformances, and report quality metrics to operations leadership. Key Responsibilities
- Audit random and targeted order samples at picking, packing, and shipping checkpoints verifying item accuracy and quantity.
- Inspect packaging quality including correct carton selection, void fill adequacy, label placement, and documentation inclusion.
- Document all identified defects, non-conformances, and process deviations in the quality management system with root cause codes.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports tracking defect rates, trends, and corrective action effectiveness.
- Collaborate with operations supervisors to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence of identified quality issues.
