Position Overview
FedEx Office is hiring Team Members to provide full-service customer support at retail store locations. Key Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers, assess their needs, and guide them to the appropriate service — printing, shipping, packing, or self-service stations.
- Process FedEx shipping transactions including rate quotes, label generation, package weighing, and drop-off acceptance.
- Operate self-service and full-service copiers, printers, and finishing equipment for customer print orders.
- Pack customer items for shipment using FedEx-approved materials, ensuring fragile and high-value goods are protected.
- Maintain store cleanliness, restock retail supplies, and manage end-of-day cash register reconciliation.
