After ramp agents pull containers off aircraft, cargo handlers break those containers open, feed packages onto high-speed sorting conveyors, and rebuild outbound containers for departing flights. Position Overview
FedEx Express is hiring Cargo Handlers to work inside hub sorting facilities processing inbound and outbound air freight. You will break down incoming aircraft containers, sort packages onto automated conveyor systems, and build outbound ULD containers for departing flights. This is an indoor facility position with climate-controlled work areas and premium overnight shift pay.
Key Responsibilities

- Build outbound Unit Load Device containers, stacking packages efficiently to maximize weight and volume capacity.

- Maintain scan accuracy above 99.5% while sustaining continuous throughput pace during peak sort windows.
