Key Responsibilities
- Cover any courier route in the station on short notice, studying route guides and stop notes each morning before departure.
- Deliver and pick up priority overnight, two-day, and international shipments meeting all service commitment windows.
- Adapt quickly to unfamiliar neighborhoods, commercial complexes, and customer dock procedures on rotating assignments.
- Operate company-provided FedEx Express delivery vehicles safely in diverse urban, suburban, and rural territories.
- Build comprehensive territory knowledge across the full station service area to position for permanent route bidding.
Qualifications & Benefits
Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to lift 75 lbs. Must pass DOT physical, background check, and drug screen. Strong navigation instincts and ability to perform independently with minimal route familiarity.
