Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of 10–25 Store Managers across your geographic district, conducting regular store visits and performance reviews.
- Own district P&L performance including aggregate revenue, labor cost, supply expense, and profitability metrics.
- Execute corporate marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and new service rollouts consistently across all district locations.
- Identify underperforming stores and implement targeted turnaround plans addressing staffing, service, or operational deficiencies.
- Recruit, develop, and promote high-potential managers into Store Manager and Assistant Manager positions across the district.
Qualifications & Benefits
