From multi-thousand piece corporate presentation packages and architectural blueprint sets to oversized trade show banners and custom-bound reports, Senior Specialists operate every piece of equipment in the store and serve as the technical authority that newer associates learn from. This role is the pinnacle of the FedEx Office production track.

Position Overview

FedEx Office is hiring Senior Print Specialists to manage complex print production and serve as the in-store technical authority on printing equipment and finishing processes. You will handle high-value orders requiring advanced color management, large-format output, specialty substrates, and precision finishing while mentoring junior associates on equipment operation and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce complex print orders including color-critical corporate materials, architectural plans, and oversized trade show graphics.
• Operate advanced production equipment including wide-format plotters, UV flatbed printers, and high-speed digital presses.
• Perform color calibration, ICC profile management, and substrate testing to achieve precise color matching on critical orders.
• Execute specialty finishing including perfect binding, wire-o binding, lamination, mounting, and custom trimming.
• Mentor and train junior team members on equipment operation, file preparation standards, and quality control procedures.

Qualifications & Benefits

Must be 18+ with minimum 2 years print production experience or FedEx Office internal promotion from Print Specialist. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite file formats and print-ready file troubleshooting required. Strong color theory knowledge and finishing technique expertise.
