Position Overview

FedEx Office is hiring Student Team Members for flexible part-time shifts at retail store locations near college and university campuses. You will assist customers with printing, shipping, and business services during evening, weekend, or between-class shift windows. Tuition assistance begins immediately with no waiting period, and scheduling adjusts around your academic calendar.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with self-service printing stations, copy machines, and computer rental workstations during your shift.
• Process basic FedEx shipping transactions and package drop-offs at the store counter.
• Help customers select printing options, paper stocks, and finishing treatments for academic and personal projects.
• Maintain store organization including shelf restocking, equipment area tidiness, and lobby presentation.
• Coordinate shift scheduling with management to accommodate exam periods, academic breaks, and class schedule changes.

Qualifications & Benefits
