Position Overview
FedEx Office is hiring District Managers to lead multi-store retail operations across assigned geographic territories. You will manage a portfolio of Store Managers, drive district-level revenue and profitability targets, execute corporate merchandising and marketing initiatives, and develop the next generation of retail leaders. Key Responsibilities

- Identify underperforming stores and implement targeted turnaround plans addressing staffing, service, or operational deficiencies.
- Recruit, develop, and promote high-potential managers into Store Manager and Assistant Manager positions across the district.
