Position Overview
FedEx is seeking experienced Operations Managers to lead hub and station sort operations at high-volume facilities. You will manage teams of 25–100+ package handlers and dock workers, optimize throughput and scan accuracy, and maintain strict compliance with safety and service standards. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, staff, and supervise daily sort operations across multiple shifts at a FedEx hub or station.
- Monitor real-time volume forecasts and adjust staffing levels to maintain on-time dispatch targets.

- Enforce OSHA and FedEx safety standards, conducting regular audits and incident investigations.
